Welcome to the Travel Survey for the "low-car design" consultation in Whitehill & Bordon.

As well as gaining opinions on housing designs to show different ways of parking the car at home, we also want to hear how you currently travel in Whitehill & Bordon.  

Less space for parking the car at home, reducing the need to travel by car and alternative travel options are all interlinked and must be considered together.  Looking at all three issues will provide a greater understanding of what possibilities there are to tackle the climate crisis through the Council's emerging Local Plan.

It is recognised that improvements will need to be made to the provision of alternative public transport, as well as walking and cycling facilities, if use of the car and associated parking is to reduce.

The consultation responses we have had to date on the "low-car designs" have highlighted the need for improvements to alternative transport options in Whitehill & Bordon.  

We want to understand more from the residents of Whitehill & Bordon about how you currently travel as well as what is important to you when it comes to travelling.
